INTRODUCCIÓN:

El conocimiento siempre ha sido un fruto muy anhelado por los resortes del poder pues representa una de las aspiraciones más auténticamente humanas.

En nuestro mundo, dado el escaso desarrollo ético global alcanzado, el poder, lejos de asumir su papel: ser un canal de comunicación bidireccional entre el individuo y lo colectivo, ha optado siempre por servirse del primero, para mediatizarlo y confundirlo, con el fin de perpetuarse. En ese intento, el “conocimiento” ha sido su herramienta predilecta. Solo que el Conocimiento en las manos equivocadas se transforma justamente en lo contrario: ignorancia, propaganda y sectarismo. Siempre opera igual: parte de una base de cierta autenticidad (si no el engaño sería demasiado pueril para surgir efecto), y la deforma a conveniencia, para obtener sus fines.

En nuestra sociedad nos resulta relativamente fácil ya, a la mayoría, comprender con la perspectiva alcanzada, que de esta manera han operado la mayoría de las religiones del planeta. Siendo la base de la Religión algo real (su significado reside en el latín “religare”, de religarse o reencontrarse con el Origen, con Uno mismo), han desarrollado toda una serie de variaciones culturales locales, que mientras que mantengan su concepción de relatividad (como propuestas para interpretar ese “reencontrarse” desde una época y una cultura concreta) son útiles y respetables, pero cuando se transforman en algo absoluto con lo que convertir al resto del universo, se corrompen hasta el infinito. Ahí está la historia para dar fe.

Evidentemente no estoy criticando el sempiterno sentimiento humano de religarse con su origen profundo, que comparto plenamente, pero sí el intento por imponer una vía de religarse, que no es sino individual o de un grupo (por muy grande que este sea), a todos los demás.

Desafortunadamente, hay otros “conocimientos” que a día de hoy nos cuesta más desenmascarar como sociedad. El falso poder se tiene que ir transformando para permanecer. Es el manido dicho de “cómo cambiar para que nada cambie”.

La alternativa a las religiones en la búsqueda del conocimiento ha sido en los últimos siglos la denominada “Ciencia”. Esta escuela nació como respuesta al dogmatismo religioso que había maniatado y mantenido en la superstición al pensamiento occidental durante siglos,  insuflando una bocanada de aire fresco en las mentes de los sinceros buscadores de la verdad de aquella época.  La referencia ya no era La Biblia, el Papa o el obispo de turno,  sino lo que uno podía percibir por sus propios sentidos, por su propia experiencia. Si bien tratándose nuestros sentidos de una herramienta buena, pero falible, era tan o más importante, poder contrastar esas experiencias con otras mentes racionales.

Desgraciadamente, para avanzar en cualquier ámbito de la vida, pocas veces se da un simple paso adelante. Es bastante más habitual, el dar dos pasos hacia adelante para, poco después, retroceder uno hacia atrás.  El nuevo paradigma no iba a ser una excepción: los dos pasos que dieron los lúcidos filósofos de esa corriente de pensamiento, se vieron compensados por el consiguiente retroceso asentador de todo avance rupturista y realmente innovador.

Así, en vez de intentar comprobar y desechar, si había lugar, mediante este nuevo método (llamado desde entonces “científico”) las afirmaciones del paradigma teológico anterior, los seguidores de esta nueva corriente, en un pertinaz ejercicio de incoherencia, cayeron en la misma cerrazón e inflexibilidad que sus predecesores. Atributos estos, que como pudo comprobarse, no eran patrimonio exclusivo de las esferas religiosas, y sí, más bien, atributo inequívoco de la evidente falta de madurez de ciertas mentes. De manera bastante dogmática y muy poco metódica, toda idea que hiciera referencia a conceptos que pudieran siquiera evocar, de lejos, el paradigma anterior, fue directamente descartada. Concepciones o manifestaciones de elementos sutiles y, evidentemente, no detectables por un método y unas técnicas en estado embrionario, ni por unas limitadas sensibilidades y aparatos, eran catalogados sin más, en el terreno de la “superchería”, del “engaño”, o de la “sinrazón de la religión”. Se produjo así una estigmatización de una parte de la realidad, que ha lastrado gravemente el desarrollo de un conocimiento más equilibrado y fidedigno del ser humano y del mundo que nos rodea, durante los últimos doscientos años. Algo que está en la base de muchos de los profundos trastornos que sufre la sociedad mundial actual.

Esta nueva concepción se extendió como la pólvora,  sobre todo en los países anglosajones como puntales económicos y sociales del nuevo orden. Se impuso como el combustible de todas las revoluciones que estaban por llegar en los siglos venideros: la científica, la industrial, la bolchevique etc etc.  Y se convirtió en la nueva y única religión practicada por todos los países “desarrollados” y con la que tenían que comulgar todos los que aspiraran a serlo: el Materialismo.

Este nuevo credo, no sólo intento cercenar cualquier aspecto que sugiriera trascendencia (en esto si fue novedosa),  sino que además nos intentó convencer de que su percepción era la única correcta, la única objetiva, la única basada en la “realidad”, algo a lo que ya estábamos acostumbrados por otra parte, desde hacía milenios.

El individuo humano, el sujeto,  ente dinámico, “inestable”, cambiante, inabarcable, ¡Vivo! en definitiva por naturaleza, tuvo que volver a ceder su cetro esta vez a la supremacía del objeto: estable, previsible, seguro “inmutable”, “científico” y… muerto. El falso poder volvía a ponerse los ropajes requeridos por la rueda del tiempo para perpetuarse.

El encantamiento de estas nuevas creencias envolvió a todas las disciplinas humanas, incluido y especialmente a la que es objeto de esta obra: las ciencias de la salud y de la vida.

Tal es así, que hoy en día, pocas cosas hay en la sociedad que den más miedo que el que te puedan decir que lo que afirmas no es “científico”. Asustan tanto o más que esas otras etiquetas, tan desafortunadas como habituales hace no tanto en nuestro país: todavía nos recorre un escalofrío el espinazo cuando recordamos la palabra “Herejía”, o la más espeluznante todavía… “Excomunión”. Sobre todo porque todas ellas llevan aparejada la hoguera, si no ya física en los tiempos que corren, si intelectual y psicológica.

Lo de no ser “científico” es algo que uno ha pasado de sobrellevar con “resignación cristiana”, a casi tomárselo como un piropo, según de quien venga. Es el precio que ha de pagar el libre pensador. Pero para conjurar el terror psicológico de salirse fuera de lo manido, hagamos un ejercicio de racionalidad y prediquemos con el ejemplo. Porque después de todo… ¿Qué diantres significa eso de “científico”?  ¿Qué es esa especie de  gran “Gurú tabú”, que algunos llaman “Ciencia”?

El apelativo de “Ciencia” o “Científico” en su significado actual, se atribuye generalmente al filósofo escocés John Locke, quien rebautizaría el método inductivo de acercamiento a la realidad, propugnado básicamente por el científico-filósofo Sir Francis Bacon. Bacon no le llamó nunca “Ciencia”. El lo llamaba “Filosofía Natural”, puesto que consistía en salir a encontrarse con la naturaleza, para recoger particularidades de la misma, observarlas, estudiarlas e inferir una teoría general que pudiera explicarlas.

Pero en la misma “Ciencia” existen otros métodos de acercamiento a la realidad. Hablamos por ejemplo del método Deductivo, que parte de un axioma o afirmación general que se sabe correcta y a partir de ahí intentamos deducir o predecir que es lo que ocurrirá en lo particular.

Así es como operan entre otras las ciencias matemáticas. El método Deductivo permanecía demasiado abstracto para la mentalidad materialista de nuestras sociedades y nunca tuvo mucho predicamento. Trataba de cuestiones poco mundanas y emanaba de un “conocimiento directo”, el “axioma”, demasiado sospechoso, puesto que cualquier persona podría acceder e él en determinadas circunstancias… ¡Sin intermediarios! Además, recordaba demasiado al disfraz anterior, la Religión. Había que encontrar algo que pareciera totalmente distinto.

Definitivamente el método Inductivo era mucho más útil para los fines del poder. Pero para terminar el trabajo había que revestirlo de la autoridad que solo puede dar lo antiguo por solemne: la Filosofía. Así, la entronización definitiva de la Inducción como “Ciencia” se acompañó de un desarrollo filosófico que lo apoyara y  diera lustre. Es como surgió el denominado “Racionalismo materialista”.

Todo ello adecuadamente mezclado en un tubo de ensayo de confusión para obtener nuestro concepto moderno de “Ciencia”.

Porque el método Inductivo en principio no es más, como su nombre indica, que un “método” de obtener informaciones lo más objetivas posibles. Hasta ahí es impecable. Puede ser limitado como todo lo humano pero nadie va a discutir su honestidad. El problema surge cuando se pretende anexar un filtro artificioso de interpretación y manipulación a priorística de los resultados que se obtienen.  El “Racionalismo materialista” no es nada más que una propuesta para interpretar los datos del método en una época y en un contexto cultural concretos, y desde ese punto de vista es útil y respetable, el problema surge cuando… “Se transforma en algo absoluto con lo que convertir al resto del universo a esa forma de interpretar la realidad”… ¿Les suena de algo? (lean un poco más arriba al respecto de las religiones). Así como la Iglesia Católica terminó usurpando y después refinando la estructura de poder establecida por la Roma Imperial, La Ciencia Racionalista hizo lo mismo con el poder eclesiástico, simplemente adaptándose a los nuevos tiempos. A fin y a la postre unos llevan batas negras… Y los otros las llevan blancas.

Esta igualdad esencial es tan obvia en tantos aspectos, que cada vez más autores no dudamos en referirnos a ese marco ideológico-cultural como paradigma judeo-cristiano… cartesiano.

Es pues evidente que el denominativo “Ciencia” no tiene en origen (Bacon y Locke), y no debería tener ahora, nada que ver con los resultados esperables por la aplicación del método Inductivo ni con sus posibles interpretaciones. Cuando lo aplicamos en ese contexto se convierte en un simple prejuicio con el que adoctrinar fieles acríticos. A eso más que “Ciencia” cabría llamarlo “Cienciolatría”, “Cienciofilia” o “Sectarismo de bata blanca”. Una cosa es una cierta racionalidad y un escepticismo sanos, y otra muy distinta llevarlos al paroxismo porque queremos tener razón a cualquier precio.

Así, se nos ha hecho asimilar desde hace decenios “ciencia” y “científico” con “Racionalismo materialista” en un intento interesado por monopolizar el conocimiento, y por tanto el poder, por parte de una facción sectaria del pensamiento humano, que por otra parte es la que rige los designios de la humanidad en nuestros días.

Es evidente que no comparto esa corriente de pensamiento que se nos ha querido imponer desde que estábamos en la cuna como la única válida para acercarse a la realidad. No renuncio al método científico ni mucho menos, pero no acepto adoctrinamiento alguno sobre lo que debemos esperar descubrir mediante su aplicación.

Me considero heredero de la “Filosofía Natural” de Bacon, y creo que prueba de ello es este trabajo, pero no hago sectarismo con ella, habiendo dejado patente con el paso de los siglos, tanto su relatividad como sus limitaciones para comprender nuestro complejo y multidimensional mundo. Por eso también me considero heredero del Empirismo de las sabias y ancestrales civilizaciones analógicas, de la sensibilidad intuitiva a las grandes verdades filosóficas del Razonamiento Deductivo, de los grandes maestros taoístas, hindúes, esotéricos occidentales, y de la matemática pura tal y como la concibieron los maestros griegos, la “Mathêmata” o “Conocimiento” del gran Pitágoras.

Creo que el libre pensamiento vive una época gloriosa. A pesar de la dificultad que supone la enorme variedad de conceptos e ideas a las que nos vemos constantemente sometidos, y el consabido sectarismo de los jerifaltes de cada una de estas escuelas, nunca antes el individuo humano había tenido acceso a tantas visiones diferentes. Es en la aceptación e integración de esa diversidad, en la equilibrada combinación de las diferentes herramientas y puntos de vista de los que disponemos en nuestra sociedad globalizada, donde podemos encontrar las soluciones a los problemas que nos plantea esa misma complejidad, que no es a la postre sino la nuestra. La complejidad del Ser Humano, la complejidad de la Vida. Esa sugerente complejidad a la que me voy a enfrentar en este libro.

Creo que de hecho, ese es el reto que nos plantea la Vida y el Universo como sociedad humana.

Podemos vivirlo como un problema o como una enorme oportunidad. De nosotros depende, de nuestra sociedad depende el destruirnos o el salir renovados y reforzados para afrontar los retos del futuro.

Llegados a este punto quisiera expresar el máximo de los respetos y reconocimiento por las experiencias y creencias de cada ser humano. Soy consciente de que toco en este libro cuestiones que suelen sintonizar con aspectos viscerales profundos de las personas. No pretendo enmendar la plana a nadie solo estimular la reflexión … Nunca imponer pero siempre proponer.

Sin todos ustedes lectores y no lectores, sin todos los que han vivido y viven ahora en este planeta, con sus errores y confusiones, aciertos y avances, no podría estar aquí escribiendo estas líneas. Si solo uno de ellos hubiera faltado o hubiera hecho, sentido o pensado algo diferente, nada sería igual.

Soy igualmente consciente de que este libro es tan solo una visión desde una experiencia y creencias, las mías, y que por lo tanto, la visión que ilustra solo puede ser parcial y limitada a su vez. Por eso tan solo busque quizás, la complicidad y/o la compañía de quien tenga a bien ir más allá de la parcialidad y limitación de lo individual, incluso desde opciones distintas, aportando un pequeño granito de arena para completar el inmenso puzzle de la Realidad. Estoy convencido, amigo lector, de que solo en la armoniosa sintonización de la infinita variedad de nuestras visiones individuales, podremos acercarnos a la Verdad.

Es este un trabajo en el que he puesto mente, corazón y víscera. Un ejercicio, espero que fructífero, de armonización de las diferentes perspectivas de mi mismo. Es el trabajo de toda una vida en el que llevo dejando partes de mí desde hace 20 años. Es el proceso de la evolución que vive una persona en la búsqueda de su Ser. El esfuerzo adolescente en busca de su propio destino, por emanciparse de todos los que han venido antes tanto en el reducido núcleo familiar, como en el más amplio núcleo social. Desde el reconocimiento y el respeto por todo lo que me han enseñado todos ellos, decido dar este paso, porque solo en el vértigo de la soledad podemos encontrar la entereza y la osadía para pensar por nosotros mismos. Creo de manera humilde y profunda, que es en ese, “pensar por nosotros mismos” en donde mejor podemos servir a nuestros semejantes, a la sociedad y a nuestra condición de seres humanos.

Le invito querido lector a un recorrido por la evolución del concepto de energía en relación a los seres vivos, con el mundo de la salud como paisaje de fondo, sin tabúes, prejuicios ni complejos. Hablaremos de biología molecular y de ciencia evolutiva, hablaremos de bioquímica sin duda, pero también de biofísica, de magnetismo y de esoterismo. Todo ello en términos comprensibles y aprovechables por el lector medio.

Rendiremos el merecido homenaje a algunos de aquellos que, saliendo de la “verdad establecida” del momento y jugándose la hoguera psicológica, dijeron lo que tenían que decir y no lo que los de siempre querían oír. Pero no se limitaron a decirlo, lo demostraron.

Haremos una recapitulación de la imagen que tenemos de la Vida, del Universo y de la Salud en nuestro marco cultural y repasaremos los experimentos científicos claves que deberían haber marcado una época y que lo hicieron sin duda, pero que no han transcendido a nuestras escuelas, a nuestras Universidades a nuestros periódicos en parte por nuestra insistencia en permanecer aletargados, y en parte también por intereses que se alimentan de vendernos la anestesia.

Veremos que tras este repaso se dibuja claramente la sólida base filosófica y científica sobre la que se asientan las “nuevas” (y a la vez milenarias) y pujantes formas de entender y practicar la salud.

Sólo añadir antes de empezar su lectura, que el 99% de lo que se cuenta en este libro puede leerse en otros textos o escucharse de otros autores, a fin de cuentas como reza el viejo adagio Hermético creo que es, “no hay nada nuevo bajo el sol.” Esta es, en consecuencia,  mi manera particular de ingerir, digerir, metabolizar e integrar lo que he aprendido de tantos otros, para obtener lo que yo soy. Solo espero que mi sinergia particular pueda haber aportado algo original, distinto e inspirador para los lectores.

      Hola. Lo que lleva más trabajo es montar el sitio, aunque con un gestor de contenidos como WordPress se hace mucho más sencillo claro. Yo tardé una semana o así, dedicandole 3 o 4 horas diarias. Luego las subidas de los escritos es muy cómoda y rápida, apenas dos o tres minutos.
